The Norych Group, Inc. (“TNG”) is a state of the art collection and litigation management company. Having it’s origin as a litigation law firm for over a quarter of a century, we are unique in our ability to provide clients with services at a higher level of knowledge and skill than traditional collection companies. Our collection and litigation departments receive and oversee claims ranging from $1,000 to $1,000,000. We have been recognized on a national level as one of the leading insurance recovery and collection firms in the United States.
Mark D. Norych, the company’s Legal Director, has practiced law for many years and was an Adjunct Professor at St. John’s University and the City College of New York. Mr. Norych has served on the Board of The National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) and was the original Director of NASP’s Southeast Region. Mr. Norych frequently travels throughout the country giving lectures, conducting workshops and training client’s staff on a variety of topics ranging from identifying subrogable claims for adjusters, to effective management strategies for supervisory staff. Other subjects that have been the basis for lectures have been as diverse as analyzing how the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) affects clients, business practices to explaining how to avoid the pit falls of the Made Whole Doctrine.
Stephanie Ziring is The Norych Group’s Executive Director. Having started her career at one of the most prominent law firms in the world, Ms. Ziring was instrumental in the founding of our firms collection program. She has over twenty years experience in the management and oversight of businesses with high volume claims practices. Ms. Ziring is a leader in the movement towards utilizing technology to manage high volume claims handing quickly and efficiently.
The Norych Group’s goal is to handle all matters referred on an individual basis and not simply to process claims. What does this mean? It means that claims referred to us are carefully examined before being pursued to make sure that we are going to do what’s in our client’s best interests. If a claim is poor or lacking sufficient documentation, we immediately bring that to the client’s attention so that we can not only protect their interests, but also render the best services possible to maximize recoveries and minimize client expense.
With The Norych Group’s national collection and litigation management programs, we allow clients to manage outsourced claims quickly and efficiently.
